John was able to get my car in for an interior detail on little notice. I did not get an opportunity to pre-clean, however he was very gracious and very thorough. My Passat was cleared of garbage and dog hair and miscellaneous and return to me smelling and looking brand new. My car was not this clean when I purchased it used in 2013.
I will return to John for further services, but will provide him with a car that has had more owner attention prior to turning over to him. Five stars to John for the effort and result! Thanks, John!
